On September 30, 2026, Runner's World reported that the Saucony Endorphin Speed 5 was discounted on Amazon to $130, at the same price for men's and women's versions, 26% less than the original price of $175, with the discount occurring ahead of Prime Big Deal Days. The shoe uses a Pwrrun PB (PEBA) midsole and a nylon plate, balancing racing performance and comfort; the fifth generation increased the amount of outsole rubber and redesigned the nylon plate to improve lateral support. The report also mentioned that if Amazon runs out of sizes, Saucony's official website and Nordstrom also have discounts. On October 6, 2026, a follow-up Runner's World report said that during Prime Big Deal Days, multiple editor-recommended running shoes from Brooks, ASICS, Saucony and others were discounted, with reductions of up to 53%, but it did not separately mention the specific price of the Endorphin Speed 5. The current event status is a price promotion through the Amazon channel, and it has expanded to a multi-brand running shoe promotion during Prime Big Deal Days.
