Vinny Mauri Added to 2026 Chicago Marathon Elite Field
Vinny Mauri, a 25-year-old from Ohio, has been named to the 2026 Chicago Marathon elite field for the Oct. 11 race. In April he ran the fastest marathon debut by an American while coaching himself and working in a running store. Chicago will be only his second marathon.
